Now, your instructions for the next week are:

I want you to run out and get an item of clothing that is typically seen as female clothes, especially some women’s under things. Panties, thigh highs, pantyhose, a bra, a camisole… your choice. I’m leaving it up to you, because your body is unique and what would work for one person may not work for you. I want you to get three or four versions of the item, because it’s good to have options, and I do want you to keep your new clothes clean (which means one to wear, one to wash, one drying after having been washed…)

Let’s start this one out simple; I want you to wear your new feminine clothes for a total of 50 hours each week. This means you can wear them at night while you sleep, under your clothes during the day, out and proud on your day off, to the club on Friday or Saturday night… Just keep track of the time, and wear your new things for a total of 50 hours each week.

I did say things were going to be cumulative, so keep the instructions from Week 1 going too.
