There is a lot of misinformation and misconceptions around what yoga is.

Let me start by telling you what yoga isn’t. It isn’t a way to instantly slim down. It won’t automatically make you cool. Yoga absolutely will not attract slim bendy people to you like magnets. I can promise you that yoga will not be the instant cure to all your ills.

All that said, there are a lot of benefits to yoga.

If you start to practice yoga, and keep up your practice, over time you will see great changes in yourself. You’ll be more flexible, better able to move through your world, your balance and proprioception will improve and you’ll even find that there are benefits to your sex life.

“What’s that you say? Yoga improves my sex life?! Say more!”

Ok, then, I shall. Anything you can do to increase your stamina, flexibility and general level of health will automatically benefit your sex life. You’ll be able to hold an erection for longer, your breath will feedback into your libido to create mind blowing orgasms and you’ll be able to do it all again faster (that means less of a refractory period.) In other words, you can get it up for longer, keep it up longer, cum harder and be ready for me to use as my personal sex toy again faster.
