How do you continue to be a cock sucking slut after Orlando?
As you all know, on June 12th there was a tragic attack on a gay nightclub in Orlando, FL; 49 GLBTQ+ people lost their lives in the largest gun related hate crime in the history of the United States. In the wake of this tragedy has been calls for comprehensive common sense gun regulation, endless debates about assault rifles and hunting rifles and the difference therein, as well as the endless question for the GLBTQ+ community: what now? What do we as a community as as individual do now? How do we continue to be our fabulous cock sucking slut selves?
I’ll tell you how to continue to be a cock sucking slut…
You throw up your middle fingers in defiance and solidarity, and you go right on ahead and BE that cock sucking slut, or fabulous femme faggot, or adorable sissy in panties. Refuse to let hate dim your shine, darlings. We are the beating heart of the queer community, and even when terrible things happen, we still get right back up and fix our lipstick and go out. We attend Pride Parades, we dance at Latinx nights, we cheer on our lovely drag queens and, fuck it, we suck cock like sluts and whores.
The goal of tragic events like the Pulse shooting in Orlando is to spread fear and hate; I’m a contrary bitch, so I say the proper response would be to spread comfort and love. Go be a cock sucking slut or a pantie wearing sissy!
Be bold, be brave, be proud and out. Stand up and shout it from the rooftops: “I’m a cock sucking slut and I fucking love it!” Wear your rainbows and your stripes and don’t ever let fear and hatred win.
My post-Orlando challenge to all my queers and cock sucking sluts is this: Go get tested, then go get laid. Set up a profile on Grindr, make a listing on Craigslist, go to your local gay bar, and slut it up like a good loose whore! Flatly refuse to hide your awesomeness and queer sexuality. Come out if you can, but at least show up to the Pride Month events in your area as an ally at the very least. Help your GLBTQ+ community make a joyful noise and show that love is greater than hate.
Thank you for posting this Ms Harper …. I was SO SAD in the wake of new coverage …. heartbroken and scared for all of us who are in the kinky community. I agree with you … after the sadness comes that lovely defiance of the LGBTQ community that, after all, has way too much experience with oppression. Here’s to LOVE. Here’s to LIFE.
The queer community is resilient and so strong; we survived the AIDS crisis, we can and will survive anything. Not just survive, either, but go in dancing and singing and waving flags, damn near daring the world to “come at me bro”!
