If you’ve ever wondered about virtual world sex, wonder no longer!

I took the plunge and joined our Virtual World Sex sim, and I’m really loving it. I’ll admit, I was leery at first. I tried the sim life way back in the day and was disenchanted at first. There’s a steep learning curve, and it does not work the same way the MMORPGs I was playing then (or now) do. But, there’s a lot of fun to be found in virtual worlds, and I want to encourage you not to be intimidated like I was!

I started to get curious after the Whore School episode on Gorean BDSM.

You see, my research indicated that there was a huge element of Gorean roleplay on a certain famous virtual world platform. My interest was piqued. I’d known for a while that the Enchantrix Empire had expanded to include the virtual world and virtual world sex games, but I had given it a pass. This time, I was interested and curious (and also wanted to set up a Whore School episode on the topic), so I emailed Mistress Delia and got myself a tour. Wow. Just, wow. I was so intrigued and interested, and definitely into the entire idea. So, I gave myself a whole two days to meditate on it and then jumped with both feet.

I will readily admit that I had help sticking the landing on my jump into the virtual world.

The starter avatars are weird and they move funny; so you upgrade those to user-created amazing bodies and heads. Then you slap some lifelike skin and hair on there, add some eyes, get a script to change the base movement, and there you go. You’re in the sim with an avatar that looks awesome and moves like a living thing, and then (then!) you learn about scripted items and RLVs and oh, my my, I’m never leaving. Sound confusing?
